Accommodation terms & conditions

  • Accommodation can be booked as part of your registration process.
  • If you wish to hold a room prior to registering or require a number of rooms for your organisation, please contact leanne@conference.nz
  • Rates are per room per night and include 15% GST (goods and services tax).
  • Accommodation cancellations within 30 days of the NZCE Convention 2024 may be subject to a cancellation fee based on individual hotel policies.
  • Credit card details are required at the time of booking as a guarantee only, your card will not be charged. All accommodation charges must be settled directly with the Hotel prior to departure. No invoice will be issued.
  • In case of your non arrival or late cancellation, the hotel will be given access to your card details to charge the appropriate cancellation fee.
  • If you wish to charge back your accommodation this can be done at check-out if your organisation has made an arrangement directly with the hotel please notify leanne@conference.nz to enquire.
  • If when booking your hotel, the online system indicates it is full please email leanne@conference.nz with your preferred hotel and dates and she will be able to assist you. The hotel may not be full, your dates may just fall outside the period held by the organisers.
